We take care of incoming goods flows for various clients. This means that as soon as a shipment has been sent from the exporting country, we regularly inform those clients about any changes to the arrival date, so that they always have up-to-date information on when they can expect the goods to be delivered to the specified address.

TNLC takes care of subsequent customs documentation, including an MRN document for transport or a customs import document, with TNLC acting as the direct representative for importers in the Netherlands. We are able to act as the limited fiscal representative for importers who are not based in the Netherlands but who have a VAT number in an EU country other than the Netherlands.

Goods subject to quality standards and/or phytosanitary checks will be registered by TNLC in the “Client” system of the phytosanitary department. In consultation with the importer, we will agree a time and place where the inspection is to take place.

We can also supply Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) declarations for goods which need to be NVWA inspected and make an appointment with an authorised NVWA inspection point.

TNLC has contacts with various hauliers and shipping companies/agents and can ensure that your goods will arrive at the specified destination at a time agreed with you – all at competitive prices.
